As VP of Third-Party Relations & Developer Technology at PlayStation, he opened the PS4 ecosystem to hundreds of studios and helped drive record third-party revenue for Sony Interactive Entertainment America. After eight years as co-CEO, Boyes left Iron Galaxy in 2024, having grown the team from 80 to more than 300 and overseen hits like Tony Hawk 3 + 4 and Rumbleverse. In 2025 he founded Vivrato, a people-first advisory dedicated to building a healthier, more resilient games ecosystem.
